THE SITE
The multi-storey carpark by the theatre has been closed since 2020. It is a key gateway site to the city centre, and Milton Keynes City Council wants the site regenerated to create an exceptional mixed-use development that capitalises on its outstanding gateway location that affords stunning views over Campbell Park and beyond, and its position adjacent to the most popular theatre outside London, an acclaimed and recently expanded MK Art Gallery, and other complementary uses.
The City Council approved a Development Brief in December 2021, which can be found on the council’s website, which sets out their vision for the site in more detail.
